U. S. Bureau of Reclamation, Fresno, CA.Atwell Island Restoration Project, Alpaugh, CA.

TA is currently providing botanical services addressing technical review of field research methodology and results for the Federal Land Retirement Program (FLRP). The services include the preparation and submission of a restoration synthesis report for the FLRP. The project is located on Atwell Island within the southeastern portion of now-drained Tulare Lake.

ICF International and Cornerstone Structural Engineering GroupAvenue 416 Kings River Bridge Replacement Project, Tulare County, CA.

TA is currently assisting ICF Jones & Stokes and Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group with regulatory permitting and conceptual mitigation planning for the replacement of the Avenue 416 Kings River Bridge over the Kings River in Tulare County. The services include other related biological and pre-construction survey needs for the project.

R. M. Harris Company, Inc.Calabazas Creek Bridge Replacement Project, Saratoga, CA.

TA is currently assisting R.M. Harris Company and the City of Saratoga with CEQA/NEPA compliance by providing biological, botanical, and arborist services for the replacement of the bridge structures located in the City of Saratoga, Santa Clara County. The services include biological surveys, biological monitoring, and pre-construction surveys.

ESPN Radio 1430ESPN Radio Towers Project, Fresno County, CA.

TA is currently providing avian and bat monitoring surveys for three newly constructed radio towers. The project included the preparation of an Adaptive Avian Monitoring Plan (AAMP) that was submitted and approved by the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG), U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and the County of Fresno. The project site is located in unincorporated Fresno County and within the Pacific Migratory Flyway of North America.

AT&T Wireless CommunicationsMigratory Nesting Bird Survey Project, Central San Joaquin Valley, CA.

TA is currently providing on-call nesting bird surveys for AT&T wireless cellular communication facilities within the Central San Joaquin Valley. The services include conducting presence/absence surveys for adult and fledgling bird activity to include monitoring active bird nests until the fledglings have abandoned the nesting locations.

Michael Brandman AssociatesOn-Call Regulatory and Biological Services, Central and Northern California.

TA is currently providing on-call wetland jurisdictional delineations, regulatory permitting, and biological services for MBA in the counties of Fresno, Madera, Contra Costa, and Solano. These services require a comprehensive analysis of physical environmental impacts and permanent channel alterations to waters of the U. S. and the state. The services include biological assessments, EIR’s (Biological Resources Section), and related biological studies.

Adams Broadwell Joseph and CardozoOn-Call Biological and Hydrological Resource Services for California Energy Commission Solar Energy Projects, Statewide.

TA is currently providing review, comment, and testimony on large scale solar energy projects as they relate to biological resources and hydrology. The environmental documents are jointly published by the California Energy Commission (CEC) and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM). These services require a comprehensive analysis of physical environmental impacts to California’s desert areas on federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land.

Triangle T Ranch, Inc.On-Call Regulatory and Biological Services, Madera County, CA.

TA is currently conducting wetland jurisdictional delineations and providing regulatory permitting services for Triangle T Ranch located in Madera County. These services require a comprehensive analysis of physical environmental impacts and permanent channel alterations to waters of the U. S. and the state. The services include coordination and meetings with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), California Department of Fish and Game, and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board.
